DIY Restorative Vitamin C Bath
Here's how to make your own zero-waste, natural Vitamin C bath, it's super simple and you can take a break from your bottles of bubble bath with this plastic-free alternative!
Here's a super simple recipe for a restorative Vitamin C bath using left-over oranges and lemons. It will leave you and your skin feeling refreshed, restored, more vibrant and glowy - now that sounds good to me!
Restorative Vitamin C Bath
Now, I'd recommend doing this one when you're already using lemons or oranges for cooking as you don't want to waste perfectly good fruit that could have been eaten.
When you next peel or zest an orange or lemon for cooking or eating, keep whatever you're not using. Whether it's peel or the fruit that's left after zesting, these can be used in your vitamin C bath.
How to make your Vitamin C Bath
Simply run a nice hot bath and place rind, peel, zest and/or slices of lemon or orange in your bath. Feel free to also add some other ingredients like green tea, dried lavender or bath salts.
