This DIY Avocado Face Mask is all natural, plastic-free, zero-waste and SO easy to make - I bet you've already got most of the ingredients in your kitchen!

Ingredients
Avocado is deeply moisturising and a source of Vitamin E and C. The healthy fats in Avocados can even help with skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Honey is naturally antibacterial and antiseptic. Great for oily and acne-prone skin. It helps to moisturise the skin without making it oily - thanks to its humectant properties
.
Lemon contains Vitamin C which is an antioxidant that may help reduce skin damage. Also, it makes the mask smell lovely!

Turmeric is an antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory. Turmeric can add glow and lustre to the skin, as well as calming and soothing redness.

Method
When we say it's super easy, we mean it's super easy.
.
1. Scoop half an avocado into a bowl and mix to a paste
2. Add a tiny squeeze of lemon juice - too much and the acidity could be bad for your skin
3. Add a teaspoon of honey
4. Add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric
5. Mix until well combined
6. Apply liberally to your face, massaging it into the skin. Leave for 10-25 minutes. Rinse with warm water and gently pat your face dry
