For every sale of this International Women design, we'll donate 50p to Mothers for Mothers - supporting women with perinatal mental illness.
Mothers for Mothers are a peer support charity made up of women who have experienced a maternal mental illness and, following their recovery, are supporting other mothers with their emotional wellbeing and mental health.
Post natal depression is common with more than 1 in 10 women affected within the first year of giving birth. Many women also experience anxiety during pregnancy. Mothers for Mothers support women on the journey from pregnancy until the youngest child of the family starts school.

Why are they fabulous?

Thats 240 single use, plastic pads going into landfill each year!
Our Reusable Menstrual pads are plastic free, machine washable and even biodegradable!
How to care for them:
Wash before use.
Washing cloth pads isn't gross. For gently used pads, rinse and put them in with your regular laundry load. For heavily soaked pads, or to avoid staining, pre rinse in cold water (never hot) to wash out as much blood as possible then add to laundry. It is always best to not allow your pad to dry out before washing to minimise staining.
These are also suitable as incontinence pads.
